RadarNow!® effortlessly provides National Weather Service (NWS) radar images sourced from the NOAA WSR-88D NEXRAD Radar sites located across the United States. Rest assured, our radar images are always up-to-date as they are directly downloaded from NWS servers. Upon launching the app, you will be presented with radar images from the site nearest to your location.

Prefer an ad-free experience? You now have the option to opt-out of banners by upgrading to our paid version (Settings > Upgrade).

RadarNow! is a swift and efficient weather app with exceptional free features. For a comprehensive weather app that includes additional information such as ski conditions or tide reports, we recommend utilizing WeatherBug or Weather Channel. The RadarNow! Standard (Free) version provides animated radar, local conditions, and NWS Alerts all centered around your current location. If you desire even more features, RadarNow! Premium offers the same benefits but also allows you to select other radar sites, provides additional zoom levels, range rings, selectable locations, and a pannable map of the continental US with a looping weather radar.

Please note that RadarNow! solely utilizes US radars and is therefore only active within the entire United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, as well as areas of Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean that share borders with the United States.

Battery consumption is minimal as RadarNow! only uses power when actively in use. It has no impact on battery life otherwise. To ensure accurate location detection, RadarNow! utilizes GPS and network location services. In scenarios where location services are unavailable, you can use a Zip Code with RadarNow! to set your location.
